Flow Forward Media partnered with Twice Baked Baking Company, Long Beach’s only 100% gluten-free bakery, to completely transform their digital presence. Their old website lacked usability and functionality, making it difficult for customers to place orders or discover the bakery online.
We designed a brand-new website that streamlined the entire customer journey, from browsing products to ordering online. The new site is fast, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions, allowing customers to easily order breads, pastries, and custom cakes. In addition, we built out a streamlined automation system for online ordering, reducing friction for both customers and the bakery staff.
As part of our creative design work, we also developed all of Twice Baked’s menus, including seasonal and holiday menus, ensuring every detail of their brand identity was consistent and professional.
